SYSTEX — B2B Campaign & Registration Platform
SYSTEX Corporation · 2025–Present

An ongoing partnership with SYSTEX Corporation to design and manage digital campaign pages for their B2B seminars, product launches, and industry events. Each campaign required its own visual identity and registration page, while maintaining a consistent level of quality and professionalism across a high volume of outputs.

SYSTEX Corporation runs a continuous calendar of B2B events—cybersecurity webinars, AI seminars, sales incentive programs—often co-hosted with international partners such as Dell and Tableau. Each event targets a different audience, carries a different message, and requires its own visual approach.
The challenge was twofold: deliver campaign-ready registration pages on a monthly cadence without compromising design quality, and give each page a visual identity that matched its specific co-host and topic—while keeping the overall production process efficient and repeatable.
Each campaign page started with a clear brief: the event topic, co-hosting partner, target audience, and registration flow. From there, we developed a visual direction through sketches and layout drafts, then moved into full design execution with the team.
Rather than applying a fixed template, each page was built from scratch to reflect its specific context—a cybersecurity series leaned into structured, approachable illustration; a data intelligence seminar with Dell and Tableau called for a sleeker, more tech-forward aesthetic. What stayed consistent was the process: tight coordination between our studio, SYSTEX's marketing team, and the technical partner handling the registration backend, ensuring every page launched on schedule and on message.
The ten-part Cybersecurity Academy series became the anchor of this collaboration—a single landing page housing an evolving program across multiple sessions, proving the workflow could scale across both one-off events and sustained campaigns.

What began as a single project request grew into a recurring partnership. Over the course of 2025 and into 2026, we delivered registration pages and campaign visuals on a near-monthly basis, covering topics from cybersecurity education to AI-driven business intelligence to sales enablement programs.
This project reinforced something we value: that design partnerships work best when the process is as reliable as the output. By maintaining a consistent production rhythm—brief, sketch, design, review, launch—we gave SYSTEX's marketing team the confidence to keep expanding the scope of our collaboration.
