Designed a permanent exhibition space at Microsoft Innovation Hub for Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability — the company's enterprise platform for ESG data management. We developed the visual strategy, spatial layout, and information architecture to make a complex, multi-layered product immediately clear to visiting clients and partners.

  • Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability unifies carbon tracking, water management, and waste reduction under a single data platform — powered by tools like Sustainability Manager and Microsoft Fabric. The challenge was translating this multi-layered, highly technical product into a physical space that visiting clients could understand within minutes, while maintaining full alignment with Microsoft's brand standards.

  • We organized the exhibition around the visitor's natural reading flow, structuring information into distinct modules — each corresponding to a core product pillar. Microsoft Sustainability Manager, Microsoft Fabric, and the broader ESG commitment ("Decades of Action") each received its own visual zone with dedicated iconography, data diagrams, and bilingual content hierarchy.

Rather than simplifying the technology, we focused on making its structure visible. Product architecture diagrams, usage-flow illustrations, and layered infographics were designed to guide visitors from concept to capability — allowing both technical and non-technical audiences to navigate the space at their own depth.

The exhibition serves as the front-facing introduction to Microsoft's sustainability platform — the first touchpoint for clients and partners visiting Microsoft Innovation Hub.
